Unique Design To Be Situated at ESCAPE Tampa Bay Village Expansion &

N2 Version To Be Available For Purchase By 2022

Rice Lake, WI – – August 24, 2021 – Long a fan of mid-century architecture, ESCAPE Homes founder Dan Dobrowolski has debuted his version in the new ESCAPE Modern N1 Tiny Home.

Inspired by modernist architect Richard Neutra, the one-of-a-kind home was designed and built specifically for the upcoming expansion of his ESCAPE Tampa Bay Village.

Dobrowolski and his team are designing an N2 version of the modular home that will be available for sale to the public by late 2021 or early 2022.

“We love architecture and we love trying new things,” says Dobrowolski. “Nine months ago, we decided to create our own version of a midcentury modern building and the N1 is the result.”

The “smart,” home is a single-floor design and includes voice-activated lights and temperature control and just under 500 square feet of living space.

It features a clean metal exterior, front porch with Ring doorbell, a 30 foot wall of glass, and a modern open floor plan.

Hard maple is used throughout the home, including handcrafted kitchen and bath cabinets. The living area features a large sectional couch and the master bedroom has frosted maple doors that open to an ensuite bath. A separate guest half bath and hidden full-size washer/dryer are situated on the opposite end of the house.

About ESCAPE

ESCAPE is acclaimed, both nationally and internationally, for the design of innovative portable tiny homes that blend the best characteristics of a tiny home and RV and are insp402ired by the Prairie-style resort cottages at Canoe Bay in northwest Wisconsin.

Canoe Bay owner, Dan Dobrowolski, enlisted the expertise of Frank Lloyd Wright, protege, John Rattenbury, and Kelly Davis (AIA) award winning architect emeritus from SALA Architects in Minneapolis, to design some of the resort cottages. ESCAPE is his realization to bring these architectural gems to the public in a smaller, portable way.
