ESCAPE Homes Announces Design Of Limited-Edition ESCAPE N2 Mid-Century Modern Tiny Home
Rice Lake, WI – – May, 2022 – ESCAPE Homes founder Dan Dobrowolski has unveiled the company’s first limited-edition custom design in the new all-electric (EV) Mid-Century modern ESCAPE N2.
Inspired by modernist architect, Richard Neutra, the one-of-a-kind home is a smaller, portable version of ESCAPE N1 that was built specifically for the upcoming expansion of ESCAPE Tampa Bay Village.
“We’re only going to build a few of these during the year and each one will be a bit different,” says Dobrowolski. “We like to play with architecture.”
The all-electric “smart,” home is a single-floor design that features 8’ ceilings, voice-activated lights and temperature control and just under 500 square feet of living space. It’s highlighted by a 20 foot wall of glass doors that open (including in the queen-size bedroom), clean steel exterior, front porch with Ring doorbell, and a modern, spacious floor plan. Sealed white wood walls are used throughout the home, including handcrafted kitchen and bath cabinets.
The kitchen features a smart phone-controlled stove with electric cooktop & convection oven that can also serve as an air fryer, full-size stainless appliances, stone countertops, all LED lighting.
The living area features a large sectional couch and the master bedroom features queen-size Serta Perfect Sleeper hospitality-level bed and an 8’ tall sliding glass door.
A laundry center with washer/dryer & folding area and full-size bathroom with stone top vanity and big tile shower with sliding glass door complete the design.
“ESCAPE N2 is perfect for all kinds of uses, including a private personal haven, Airbnb or rental unit, or separate guest house or ADU,” says Dobrowolski.
Priced from $143,000, ESCAPE N2 is not available for pre-order and the initial design can be purchased via https://www.escapetraveler.net/sale.

About ESCAPE
ESCAPE is acclaimed, both nationally and internationally, for the design of innovative portable tiny homes that blend the best characteristics of a tiny home and RV and are inspired by the Prairie-style resort cottages at Canoe Bay in northwest Wisconsin.
Canoe Bay owner, Dan Dobrowolski, enlisted the expertise of Frank Lloyd Wright, protege, John Rattenbury, and Kelly Davis (AIA) award winning architect emeritus from SALA Architects in Minneapolis, to design some of the resort cottages. ESCAPE is his realization to bring these architectural gems to the public in a smaller, portable way.
