Delta Bay RV Resort in Isleton, CA

ESCAPE Homes debuted its popular ESCAPE One at Delta Bay this week. Several new designs also arrive soon and will be available for purchase for people who wish to live their full time or use them as a rental property.

As California’s housing crisis continues, Delta Bay offers a natural resort setting less than an hour from Berkely, Sacramento and San Francisco on a 12-acre forested and grass-covered estate.

The resort provides convenient access to touring the local wine country, historic river towns, and surrounding wetland wildlife habitats. Visitors enjoy camping, boating, fishing, waterskiing, birdwatching, and relaxing in a peaceful rural setting with friendly service and country club amenities.

Think BIG! A Tiny House Resort in South Cairo, NY

Four new ESCAPE Home designs – – two ESCAPE Vistas, an ESCAPE Vintage and an ESCAPE Traveler – – have arrived at this resort located just two hours outside of Manhattan and a quick drive from Hudson, Catskill, Woodstock and Saugerties. The resort now features seven ESCAPE Homes.

The resort is the brainchild of Bob Malkin, founder of the famed retail store Think Big! that opened in New York City’s SoHo in 1979 and featured oversized pop art.

Each ESCAPE Home offers a spacious open floor plan, panorama of windows, queen size beds, full-size appliances and luxury bathrooms.

They are situated on 28 acres with over half a mile of water frontage and perched on a cliff overlooking the Catskill Creek – – a year-round wonder of spectacular waterfalls and pristine swimming holes.

Each tiny house has a private patio, complete with outdoor dining table and seating, Weber grill, and fire pit.

Saturday morning yoga, kayaking, indoor and outdoor games, a lending library, wifi and cable are offered as well as the services of a personal raw food chef who can prepare meals for guests using produce from the resort garden.

Think BIG! A Tiny House Resort is also “good dog”-friendly and features a dog park and the outdoor dog wash, “Laundramutt.
