No longer in a dry county, The Swag welcomes guests for first Oktoberfest on September 14

Waynesville, NC (8/2017) —The Swag, a 14-room mountaintop hideaway in North Carolina, will host its first annual Oktoberfest on Thursday, September 14.  This marks a new era for The Swag which has resided in dry Haywood County since opening to the public in 1981. The Oktoberfest celebration is included in the all-inclusive rate for guests.  For non-hotel guests who wish to attend Oktoberfest, held from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m., the cost is $64 per person.

Rates at The Swag start at $520 per night, with a two-night minimum, and are available through November 25th.    All prices include a hearty breakfast, picnic lunch, evening social hour on the front porch with hors d’oeuvres, four-course dinner and welcome gift.   Suite and Cabin accommodations  also available.  Single rate, less $50 per night.   For reservations or more information visit www.TheSwag.com or call 800-789-7672.
