Partnership with Under Canvas® Combines Cycling Across The Continental Divide with Safari-Style Glamping near Glacier National Park

Madison WI – -March 26, 2019 – – Trek Travel has partnered with Under Canvas® to debut a Glacier Under Canvas Bike Tour that combines biking the famed Going-to-the-Sun Road, rafting the Flathead River and resting in luxury safari-style tents with breathtaking views of Glacier National Park.

The four-day, three-night adventure offers a unique glamping experience in Big Sky Country, surrounded by snow-capped peaks, Aspen trees, glaciers and wildlife roaming freely.

Trip highlights include cycling the winding, narrow Going-to-the-Sun Road that snakes around mountainsides across the Continental Divide at an elevation of 6,000 feet, rafting the Flathead River through eight miles of Class II to III rapids, tackling gravel biking near West Glacier, and dining at the historic Belton Chalet, the first lodge built by the Great Northern Railroad and the the original gateway to Glacier National Park.

Guests will retire each evening to a luxurious Under Canvas® Deluxe safari-style which includes its own private ensuite bathroom inside your tent complete with a shower, sink and flushing toilet. A wood stove keeps the tent warm at night and a private deck allows you to enjoy the night stars. Rooms feature a king bed with luxurious linens.

Trek Travel’s Special Edition Glacier Under Canvas Bike Tour will be offered August 14 – August 17, 2019  and is priced at $2,799 per person.
